of chief talent officer and senior advisor
at private-equity firm Oak Hill Capital
Partners. In this newly created role,
DiPietro will work to develop professional
talent among Oak Hill’s employees.
He brings more than 35 years of
experience, including in HR leadership
positions at Biogen Inc., Lenovo Group
Ltd., Microsoft Corp. and Dell.

and MediaOne, a domestic broadband
